Clear terms for George Digital services.

The selected package, confirmed scope, checkout, proposal, or agreement controls the work. The section below states the terms for Starter Website + Care; other website and backlink services keep their own stated scope and payment terms.

Starter Website + Care

$699 setup + $49/month for a fixed 1–5 page scope.

Starter Website + Care is intended for a simple local service business brochure website built from client-supplied business content and assets. Ecommerce, memberships, custom applications, advanced integrations, copywriting from scratch, brand design, paid tools, additional pages, and ongoing SEO are excluded unless separately agreed.

Setup payment

The $699 setup fee is due after fit confirmation and before work begins.

Monthly care

The $49/month charge starts at launch and renews monthly.

Cancellation

Cancel with at least 7 calendar days written notice before renewal. There is no proration for a month that has already been billed.

Revision round

The setup includes one consolidated revision round. Consolidated feedback is due within 5 business days of the review request.

Target launch

The target is launch within 10 business days after payment and receipt of all required content, assets, access, and domain details. This timing is a target, not a guarantee.

Ownership

After all due payments, the client owns its business-specific content, supplied assets, and final site configuration. George Digital retains reusable frameworks, components, processes, and tools.

Hosting end and export

Hosting ends at the end of the paid period. A static export may be requested within 30 days after hosting ends.

Domain

A domain is not included. Optional domain registration is $25/year.

Starter client responsibilities

Accurate business facts: provide the actual business type, service area, contact information, services, credentials, and other facts to be published.

Content and assets: provide final page content, logo and brand files, usable photos, legal notices, and any proof or reviews the client has permission to use.

Access and domain details: provide required account access, DNS or registrar cooperation, and third-party account details needed for the approved scope.

Timely feedback: return one consolidated revision list within 5 business days of the review request.

Rights and permissions: the client is responsible for having the right to supply and publish its content, assets, trademarks, reviews, and account materials.

Starter delivery boundaries

No invented claims: George Digital will not knowingly create fake addresses, service areas, reviews, credentials, proof, or results.

Launch target conditions: the 10-business-day target begins only after setup payment and every required content, asset, access, and domain item has been received.

Third-party services: domains, paid plugins, booking or payment providers, email services, and other third-party costs are excluded unless stated.

Reusable materials: ownership of the final business-specific configuration does not transfer George Digital's reusable frameworks, components, tools, or processes.

Export window: the request for a static export must be made within 30 days after hosting ends.

Other George Digital services

General service expectations

Scope: deliverables depend on the selected package and any written scope confirmation, proposal, or agreement. Work outside that scope requires separate approval.

Payments: invoices, setup fees, subscriptions, renewals, and payment timing follow the applicable checkout, invoice, proposal, or agreement.

Client inputs: clients provide accurate URLs, business information, assets, access, billing details, risk boundaries, and timely feedback needed for the selected service.

Website plans: Hosting Lite, standalone Website Care, and Subscription Website use their displayed checkout or agreement terms. Starter terms do not automatically replace those separate terms.

Backlink work: placement type, quantity, indexing support, target URLs, anchors, reporting, and timing depend on the selected backlink package or approved campaign scope.

Confidentiality: client project details, files, and reports are treated as confidential business information unless disclosure is approved or legally required.

No guaranteed rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue

Websites, hosting, care, backlinks, indexing attempts, and other digital work do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, AI citations, uptime without interruption, or a particular return. Search engines, platforms, third-party providers, competitors, and market conditions remain outside George Digital's control.
